 1: film marketing is used to promote the film and potentially increase the budget to enhance the film.

2: marketing helps the film by increasing the budget while also hyping up the film which brings in profit.

3: Studio films are films thats produced by a full fledged studio while independent films are single produced films promoted by one and one only

4: Studios obviously make more money, but they also cost more to produce.

5: Marketing strategies are strategies used to try and get people to try and watch movies

6: Using a media conglomerate's subsidiaries to produce, market, sell, and distribute a movie and its official paraphernalia is known as vertical integration.

7: When a conglomerate hires smaller, independent businesses to help with marketing, sales, or even video exhibits, this is known as horizontal integration.

8: without the people they wont make a profit on the movie

editing blog post 1

We used jump cuts mostly. Jump cuts change the story of the intro because it makes the scene less awkward.   This story is about a stalker who captures and teenager. The video clips are om chronological order from when the victim got knocked out to when the stalker bought him food.   We disregarded the original idea because once we started filming we saw that it would be better to follow a story where the victim didn't die since it wouldn't be as long.
